OpenQueries Reference
Every pre-defined query offered in the Term Info pane: which entities show it, what it returns, and what each results column means.
Open3D Viewer
The 3D Viewer displays 3D models of the template, showing all selected painted anatomy, neurons and expression patterns.
OpenLayers
The Layers tab lists everything currently loaded into the viewers and lets you show, hide, recolour, zoom to or remove each item.
OpenSlice Viewer
The Slice Viewer displays single slices of the template, showing all selected painted anatomy, neurons and expression patterns.
OpenTerm Info
Term Info displays information on the currently selected entity.

OpenTerm Context
Term Context displays graphical information on the currently selected term's location or classification.
OpenTemplate ROI Browser
The Template ROI Browser lists the painted anatomical regions of the current template brain as a tree, for adding them to the viewers.
OpenCircuit Browser
The Circuit Browser allows you to find the strongest paths from one neuron (the source neuron) to another (the target neuron).
OpenDownload
Download the meshes, skeletons, image volumes and references for everything you have loaded, as one zip file.
OpenUpload for NBLAST
Upload a neuron of your own and get back a link to the VFB neurons most similar to it in shape.
