It is a secondary neuron that is part of the LHl4 (BLD1) anterior hemilineage (Schlegel et al., 2021. There are around 5-7 of these cells per hemisphere and they are GABAergic (Schlegel et al., 2021. (Schlegel et al., 2021)
Cell type found in both hemibrain and FAFB (Schlegel et al., 2021. Neurotransmitter predicted based on lineage (Schlegel et al., 2021.
